What does this change mean to the world ... and you?

In Astrology, Mercury represents your ability to think, study, learn, communicate, work with information ... and otherwise use your mind. The sign it occupied when you were born describes the basic traits and qualities of your mind and a general view of your interests -- the way you form opinions and handle knowledge -- that will characterize your personality -- and how it will develop in this life.

The sign Mercury occupies in the Zodiac by transit -- in other words, the sign it is traveling through in the sky in present day time -- will focus your attention and perspectives on certain "generic matters" represented by the sign itself. You are also more likely to show and work with the characteristics associated with the sign.

If you have your natal Mercury in Capricorn, you can be somewhat dictatorial how you think and express yourself, for you need people to respect your opinions as much as you do.
