The general tone of life for everyone right now is slanted toward consolidation of the gains you have made over the past year of growth and building ... especially in areas that offer greater professional opportunities, avenues for advancement of your career interests, the enhancement or advertising of your public fame and reputation, or the possibility of gathering more honors and prestige -- bigger feathers in your cap -- when it comes to your community standing and the valuable contributions you make to society.

This is a time when the natural flow of life's energy points your attention toward issues of long-term growth -- especially financial and investment growth, the fortification of durable structures that can afford you protection during crises, the establishment of things you can depend on to last -- and help you through emergencies and "hard times, and the construction of "lasting legacies" that you produce by careful step-by-step methods -- resulting in creations you can depend on to "be there" when you need them.

Your attitudes -- and the experiences that go with this part of life's cycle -- emphasize maturity, organization, caution, conservative responses, persistence, determination, patience, the careful and economic use of energy and resources, loyalty, industriousness, self-control, setting realistic goals, taking personal responsibility, and the reliance on your capacity to endure whatever lies ahead.

This is often a most sober and reflective time of life, when an unusual focus on what you don't have and where there are weaknesses in the fabric of your world takes precedence over the "count your blessings" mentality. It is this examination that shows what you need to work on next, what you need to supply, and where you could use some extra reinforcement -- which then, of course, provides the raw material for the complex goals you'll set out to claim -- or at least make progress on -- over the next twelve months.
