The New Moon in Leo is a double dose of showmanship and pride. It can also be a double dose of ego power and self-confidence, which is great under the right circumstances, and necessary for healthy self-esteem. But it can be a fine line to walk, that territory between justified satisfaction with one's own power and talents -- and insufferable conceit. We'll all try to forgive each other now, as we're sure to trip into arrogance a time or two in the next few weeks.

The New Moon in Leo this year features a close conjunction with retrograding Mercury ... and an opposition to Neptune in Aquarius. This ongoing emphasis on rethinking and re-evaluation may bring some serious adjustments -- and improvements -- to your plans for the next several months, as you discover new ways to implement your ideas, new possibilities for using what you know to better advantage, and a much more positive, self-promoting way of seeing the world.

You may also receive new information (or new inspiration) that boosts your view of your own creative potential. Your mind right now is your very best friend -- so stay in close touch!!

Now, granted the opposition to Neptune may bring some far-fetched fantasies in this same vein ... but sometimes by opening our vision to voyages of the imagination that push the boundaries of "what's realistic" waaay beyond their normal limits ... we help our dreams grow, and ultimately claim more than we would have, confined behind the fences of our old ideas. When Martin Luther King said, "I have a dream ...", he acknowledged that we grow by reaching out to ideals that are not yet possible -- yet which beckon to us with their strength and wonder.
