Aquarius is the eleventh sign of the Zodiac. It follows Capricorn in the Zodiacal line-up. As a rule, the range of Aquarius covers the time from January 21st until February 20th. It is a time of innovation, experimentation, and finding more flexibility and freedom in your life.

It is associated with sudden changes and developments -- including accidents, both marvelous breakthrough moments and windfalls ... and "the unhappy kind" of unexpected events. It is also associated with your long-term goals, your hopes and dreams for the future, your friendships and group alliances, and your social and professional network. Aquarius is involved with independent thinking, progressive ideas, altruistic acts and concepts, philanthropy, and building a better world for tomorrow's citizens.

The Zodiacal symbol for Aquarius is the Water Bearer. Aquarius is the Fixed Air sign. Air signs are sociable, friendly, intellectual, and cultured. Fixed signs are associated with determination, reliability, and will power.
