	The Old Curiosity Stop
Astrology, Tarot, and Self Improvement for the New Age.

The Old Curiosity Stop is a feature meant to support one of my main goals for the Enchanted Spirit site ... that of providing clients with a way to learn how to use the occult tools and teachings that have been so invaluable in my life ... to better manage and understand their own.

A teacher, well versed in any craft, any subject you are learning, can be an invaluable help ... to answer the incidental question, clarify the confusing point, or to offer suggestions for how more research, more study, or different applications of what you already know might be productive.

It may be that The Old Curiosity Stop will give rise to future article topics, more departments in their own right, more elaborate material that can help not just the original seeker of answers, but those who come later -- and find the material published here. This may, therefore, be a feature of considerable interest to students either taking our classes ... or reading and studying metaphysical and occult subjects independently.

We'll try to be fairly liberal on the topics and questions entertained here ... because a healthy academic dialogue can be valuable on many levels. It will also, I think, help me understand where to put my emphasis as a teacher, because ideally, teaching you how to know what I know and do what I do ... that profits everyone.

Consider this a teaching forum ... one in which Premium Members are able to ask general questions on occult subjects, metaphysical topics, points on which -- as the title of the feature suggests -- their curiosity is aroused. I know our Premium Membership contains a number of sophisticated metaphysical students who are certainly welcome to join any discussion raised ... for we are all each other's teachers.

Be aware that while privacy and identities will be protected, questions and answers will be published and available on both the Premium Site and the Free Access site. Only Premium Members, however, may raise issues for examination -- or join in the ensuing conversation.

If this goes as I hope, the archives produced from this effort could eventually be rich and interesting!! And what happens here (or doesn't, as the case may be) could be quite instrumental in determining the future direction of the site itself.

Again, this is not a "free reading portal" ... but questions on a reading you are trying to decipher for yourself, or issues you are trying to understand in your own chart or in your own studies would be considered quite appropriate for this department.
