I noticed that my husband, and my two best friends (girl and guy) all have their Moon signs in Libra. Is that significant as to why I attract/they attract...to each other?

Yes, it is. It also helps a lot that it's Moon Signs that are involved -- because the Moon Sign contains qualities that "feel familiar" to us, because those qualities are so instinctive, automatic, and habitual in someone's personality. You don't really have to work at, live up to, or "put on a front" when you're operating from your Moon Sign qualities. Those characteristics are the most natural and honest any person has. Any kind of immediate or "knee-jerk" reaction virtually always comes from your Moon Sign qualities.

It's what you "fall back on" because it does come so easily to you. (Or to anyone.) It also helps that you're dealing with Libra as the sign involved. This is one of the most sociable signs in the Zodiac. Libras love partners, associates, allies, and other people. Libras are neck-deep into the conduct of relationships ... and so, yes, your quartet is definitely looking to connect with other folks ... and the fact that they've found a bunch of kindred spirits in the mix is just a big bonus for you all.

Moon Signs are an easy and frequent way to connect ... because you will intuitively understand each other's "inner personality." Moon Sign qualities are also those we most readily show to our family members, to people we feel comfortable with (as in, "like a member of the family"), and how we behave when we're "at home" -- literally or figuratively.

Our Moon Sign may be a side of us we use only in our private world and in our closest relationships ... because it can also be a side of us that is vulnerable and private -- and therefore we need sufficient assurances of trust and safety before we're willing to put it on display.

Also...I noticed in all four of our charts that the Ascendant, Moon and Sun signs are all 'similar' in that we each have each others' Sun or Moon or Ascendant mainly in our charts also. I take it that matters as far as 'why' we attract to each other also?

Yes, that's also something else astrologers look for when comparing charts between people ... and when judging factors of challenge and compatibility in a relationship -- similarities or supportive signs in the strong "Sun / Moon / Ascendant" areas of a chart for starters. People with their Suns, Moons, or Ascendants in the same sign have a much easier time understanding each other's motives, perspectives, and values without having to put in a lot of work "getting to know" one another.

There are lots of factors, however, that go into judging the ease or difficulty (or simple lack of common ground) between two people. This is why it's virtually impossible to answer someone who asks, "When will I get married?" First of all, I'd have to know ... what are you looking for in a relationship? People are attracted to other people for many different reasons ... and people get married for many different reasons.

Are you looking for passion, excitement, and hot romance between the sheets? Are you looking for someone who shares your intellectual interests ... and who likes to talk, learn, and stay connected to the world and other people through long, stimulating (or soul-searching) heart-to-heart conversations? Are you looking for someone to take care of? Are you looking for someone to take care of you? Are you looking for a good parent for the children you want to have? Are you looking for someone who will fit into your family circle? Or somebody your family will despise?

Are you looking for status? security? Money? Adventure? Rebellion? Support for your professional ambitions? Someone who makes you proud to be seen together? Somebody to fight with? (Hey, it happens!!) Somebody you can dominate? Somebody who won't make too many demands on your deep sense of privacy? Someone who knows what it is to be hurt ... and who will thus provide sympathy and understanding for the wounds you need to heal? Someone who keeps you guessing ... and injects "excitement" (as in "crisis") into your life? Someone who will always "be there?"

People sometimes get married for reasons that would have me running in the other direction as fast as I could travel. But that doesn't mean their reasons aren't perfectly valid ... for them.

This question of yours ... and one of your earlier ones, too, however, has sparked an idea that we're developing right now -- the Old Webmaster and I ... that will help people see more easily the dynamics of their relationships in action. Look for its unveiling as another Premium Members Toy in the months ahead ... and when it opens, we'll need some "guinea pigs" to help us populate its contents.

As we presently envision it, it will start simple and ADD layers of complexity as we get more "material" to include in its information base. In time it could become quite intricate, involved ... and informative!! It's pretty exciting, actually.

It's still a ways away, though ... and there are several other toys in the pipeline ahead of it ... but it's been the subject of more than one "intense" discussion between me and The Weezel. (For those of you who are wondering, an "intense discussion" with a person who is a Double Aries with Sagittarius Rising often involves a lot of yelling before it finishes -- and when the dust settles, she wins. I continue to hope someday The Weezel will understand this a lot quicker than he seems to now.)
