Are you sick and tired of not being able to see your desk, your floors, your surface spaces, your cabinets, your shelves, your drawers? Can't find anything or continue to get distracted or lose energy so that you can't follow through on anything you say you're going to do?

Don't despair, there's help on the way! It may simply be time to take the leap and start dissolving the clutter in your head, home and office. But, how to do it in a gentle, self-loving way?

1. Ask for human help!

Join a clutter-clearing support group or ask a friend to come hold your hand.

2. Take a cozy bath or steamy shower and dress for success!

Wear something cuddly or festive!

3. Light a candle or burn some incense.

4. Ask for help from a power greater than yourself.

Ask the Universe or your Higher Power to grant you the courage and power to move forward and start letting go of stuff.

5. Put on great music!

6. Sketch out a block of time.

Start small and work up to greater hunks of time after you've enjoyed some success on another day! Remember, overdoing this activity may put you under, so, stick to your time parameters, no matter what!

7. Plan a fun or cool event after your block of clutter-dissolving time is over.

8. Get grounded.

Eat a good meal first.

9. Go outside and take in the fresh air.

Do some stretches and ponder Nature's debris removal services. Be like the wind, break off the old branches in your life and sweep them away. Let the cycle of life move through you and into your space.

10. Visualize how great you will feel once you've cleared your space, even just a little bit!

You'll be able to breathe deeply more often and enjoy true rejuvenation of Spirit! Which will give you more energy to dissolve more barriers and let go of more stuff as you commit to regularly clearing clutter.
