I have known for a long time that color affected me. I didn't understand why, but I knew it did. If I wanted to wear yellow, for instance, but instead had to settle for blue ... the whole day was "off" somehow. I felt wrong -- out of place and out of sorts. I used to think it was "just me" ... being strangely difficult. (That's not exactly an unknown thing.) I don't think that any longer, and I do everything I can to indulge my "color whims."

Physicists have told us for a long time that everything in the world, absolutely everything, is composed of energy. This includes solid objects -- animate and inanimate, sound, light, thoughts ... and color. Everything has its own unique energy vibration, and one sort of energy affects other sorts of energy. Thoughts ... affect objects in material reality. Sounds (like music, for example) can affect thoughts and moods. And we all know the experience of people who make us feel warm, safe, and comfortable -- and places that simply "give us the creeps." (And vice versa, too, I suppose. Let's be honest here.)
