What is the medical model? Simply put, it is the treatment of disease by surgery and medication, which addresses the symptoms of disease, but not the underlying cause.

The medical model practiced by "experts" revolves about disease and treatment. It is not concerned with health and prevention. It does not address where health comes from, what made our healthy ancestors strong.

Nobody can fault a life-saving surgical intervention, but the medical model has a serious flaw:

It sanctions the use of synthetic molecules--such as prescription drugs -- never before found in human bodies.

When you put these kinds of molecules in your body, you damage the precisely balanced system going on inside of you -- a system that evolved over four million years -- free from damage caused by use of synthetics. The damage you create will range from temporary to permanent.

Metabolic enzymes run this wonderful system, and we require minerals to activate these enzymes. But use of synthetics like aspirin and Tylenol inhibits the absorption of minerals -- zinc, chromium, and calcium, just to name a few.

Next, because these synthetics are foreign to the system, the liver must try and metabolize them to clear the system. To do so, the liver must draw down its own mineral stores.

Because minerals are essential for normal immune function, inhibited uptake together with increased drawdown of minerals results in drug-induced immuno-suppression.

The longer you ingest these unnatural molecules, the more likely your body will react negatively and develop a chronic disease. Consider the result of this "practice":

The average senior receives 25 prescriptions per year triggering millions of side effects.

Seniors who take synthetics must be getting wonderful results if they must resort to trooping around to two, three, or four more "experts" to handle their new bad side effects -- with a boatload of additional drugs -- producing even more lousy side effects.

Our healthy ancestors did not get sick and die like we do. They did not take powerful synthetics that turned them into zombies, and gifted them with impotence, kidney failure, irregular heart beat, headaches and muscle aches, memory problems, fainting spells, heart failure, cancer -- and premature death.

The average senior-to-be, however, gets the go-ahead from his/her "expert" of choice and begins to routinely ingest something for pain as common as aspirin, which creates gastrointestinal lesions leading to ulcers and interferes with the production of important hormones. Aspirin has also been linked to macular degeneration and implicated in the development of ruptured blood vessels leading to strokes.
