Learn what your
Natal Chart has to say.

1. Spend at least half your time alone for maximum mental health.

2. Don't feel obligated to return small talk or phone calls from people killing time.

3. Lose your cell phone and get a good answering machine for important calls you don't want to miss.

4. Take every opportunity to respond to people in writing or via email rather than in person or over the phone.

5. Network only on the inner plane -- by meditation and creative visualization.

6. Never apologize for yourself or your behavior.

7. Get some excuses handy to justify your time alone if you are around people too dense to get a clue! For example, "I'm sorry to miss the potluck Saturday night but that's the time I set aside to drive my elderly father to the .... "

8. Take opportunities to raise consciousness. Tell others you're an introvert and proud of it. It'll come back to you!

9. Be firm about boundaries -- give yourself the time you need to prepare.

10. Value what a good listener you are and don't give it away indiscriminately.
