1. Do You Wake Up Full of Exuberance and Joy?
Are you refreshed, energized, optimistic about the new day, and ready to jump in?
2. Do You Stay in the Day?
Or do your thoughts drift into the yesterdays and tomorrows, thinking about what you did, could have done, or might do ... Do you harbor regrets or resentments, making yourself re-feel the same old stuff? Are you pickled in anger, never able to let go of the past? Or are you truly present, in the present?
3. Do You Enjoy Personal Serenity?
Do you make time to really be at one with God/the Universe? Are you at peace with your choices and life? Do you handle your emotions well? Do you respond to others from peace and love? Do you treat yourself lovingly, as you would have others treat you? Do you love yourself?
4. Do You Seek Inner Guidance?
Do you find the wisdom within or are you on a constant search for "the Truth" or validation from an external source? Do charismatic leaders or individuals overwhelm you? Or do you honor the God/Divine within all others, including yourself?
5. Do You Know What God's Will or the Universe's Will is for You?
Can you distinguish between what YOU think is the best thing for you and what God/the Universe might think is best for you? Do you think that your Higher Power REALLY wants you to be unhappy, unloved, miserable, unsatisfied, desperate, hungry, angry, lonely or tired? If not, what then?
6. Do You See Yourself as Part of a Greater Plan?
Or are you a satellite, spinning aimlessly, or are you an island unto yourself?
7. Do You Know Yourself?
Do you know your gifts (strengths) and challenges (weaknesses)?
8. Do You TRULY Accept Yourself and Embrace All of You?
Or do you dwell on your shortcomings or things that challenge you? Do you wish them away, or do you try desperately to control them? Do you expend a lot of energy in vain?
9. Do You Respond to Your Abilities and Spiritual Gifts By Sharing Them?
Or do you withhold sharing your gifts with the world? Maybe you hide, thinking your gifts are not worthy, not good enough, not unique enough, or just not valuable...
10. Do You Take Yourself Lightly?
Can you laugh at yourself or do you fear being laughed at? Do you take everything very seriously or are you fun to be around? Are you fixed or flexible? Must everything go your way or else? Do you go with the flow or do you try to control everyone/everything? Are you spontaneous? Creative? Or stuck?
