Dag Hammerskjold's simple quote rises continually into my consciousness like a beacon of light, a ray of life force energy, a celebration of truth spoken expressly to me. He said, "To whatever will be, Yes."

I join him daily in that statement. "To whatever will be, Yes." To whatever will be, YES! To WHATEVER will BE, YES!

Recently I I intoned these words to myself like some sort of a crazed "Yessing" machine. In a flash of Dag's beacon of light, I realized I am not a crazed "Yessing" machine at all.

I am a truth-filled yessing machine.

The place where I still feel like I am holding onto the "No" in life " the negative energy that insists on continuing to add "im" to "possible" " I hold that in the right quadrant of my upper back, underneath my shoulder.

I breathed into that "no-ness" which sat tightly there on that holding on too tightly spot on my body. I affirmed and breathed, "I am free to Say Yes. I am open to Say Yes. I choose to release what feels like tension now. I choose breath, life and love instead. I am free to say Yes. I am a truth-filled yessing machine."

In accepting this truth, I am now bringing forth all the glory of my personal expression of "Yes." There are other expressions of "Yes".

There is YOUR expression of "Yes".
