What do you see for me in developing a future career?

With Sagittarius Rising in your chart, Jupiter (ruler of Sagittarius) conjunct your Sun in your 7th House (other people, partnerships, and public contact), and three very active planets in your 9th House (the Sagittarius House in a Natural Chart ... dealing with issues of philosophy, ethics, teaching, and education) ... it's more than clear you have tremendous natural gifts in fields like such fields as:

• Education ... especially in specialized fields where "expertise" rather than "general knowledge" is the goal

• Ethics, religion, and morality ... basically "social studies" topics where the conduct of people in groups that share common spiritual views are the focus

• Law, customs, multi-cultural interests ... areas where "foreign views" can be examined with an eye toward finding common ground between different ideas, different areas of thought -- situations which promote increased tolerance and understanding for the diversity that exists among people of different backgrounds, different cultures, different nations

• Diplomacy, public relations, advertising, "pop" educational projects -- pursuits which again seek to educate and bring harmony between groups, people, or factions who might, on the surface, see more antagonism between themselves than chances to cooperate

• Writing, lecturing, broadcasting, "preaching," or sales -- especially in efforts that present "a moral to the story," or that persuade people to accept (or at least listen to) different points of view or the advantages different products or resources might bring to their lives -- ventures, products, or texts that inspire people to seek out a more enlightened, open-minded, and evolved spiritual view of themselves, their prospects, and the world around them

In other words, you are built for a very specialized kind of career path ... which incorporates any (or all) of the elements I've just listed into the overall vision and everyday work you do. It is entirely possible, of course, to incorporate many of the things I've listed into very diverse fields of endeavor, so that your talents could find satisfying outlets in everything from corporate settings to entrepreneurial ventures to your becoming a writer with a "message" you want to deliver through your stories, essays, dramas, etc.

You're in a good place right now to make some choices and begin seriously educating yourself along any of these lines you find appealing ... in preparation for a "career peak" that will arrive in about 2 1/2 - 3 years. So this is a good time to be asking about career management. At this point, you need to decide what speaks to your heart ... where you want to dedicate your studies and what efforts you want to invest ... the goals you want to achieve for yourself in say the next 5 - 10 years. Capitalizing on these gifts and interests certainly could boost you further than ignoring them.

If you're working on a career path now that you're reluctant to abandon, such as working in an office, you may need to really "get creative in your thinking" to bring these interests into what you do. On the other hand, if you already write -- or do some artistic work, if you're already in some field that involves "teaching" in a broad sense ... or if you work in one of the helping professions such as counseling, the ministry -- other spiritual calling, or medicine ... your ability to move more of your own "spiritual being" into your work is much more clear. But this is where your best career choices are, according to the raw materials you brought into this world. And what you make of them, in whatever field you choose, depends now on you.
