When I live my life according to how I feel from the inside and not by man-made things ... my heart soars to unimaginable heights and places.

I just celebrated another birthday and so numbers have been on my mind a bit. I ponder on who started the time thing and numbers and age and why so many people have problems with how old they are. I don't really concern myself with the details, but I know of Mayan time and other historical data.

I have heard "your only as young as you feel" or as old as you feel, whichever. I find that many people have "numbers" attached to them... but does that really matter?

In human years, some people take longer to mature than others, physically, emotionally and spiritually, but what are the guidelines? Life is changing so fast right now that the guidelines are never the same.

When I was growing up I was taught that you basically were attracted to people your own age. In school most of the kids in your class were your age or very close to it. What if school classrooms were taught according to abilities and maturity rather than age? Do you feel it would be easier or more difficult? Would children then feel judged or feel they had to work even harder to be in a certain class or group? Is that what's happening already, except again, the number of years we have lived is used as a guideline?

My children are all older now and most of the time I feel younger than they do in my attitude about life. They may have more physical energy than me most days, but as for spiritual energy, I do pretty well. I am proud that they are all open minded, good people and on their own path.

I'm finding that more and more, people are connecting to others from the inside not the outside. I think that's great. When I meet a person, I feel them from the inside, their energy. They may be young in numbers for this life, but an old soul or mature, spiritually. They could be older in years in this lifetime, but young in heart and full of energy that just spills onto everyone around them, in love energy and bodily energy too. Some light children are born old souls and they are beyond their years from the very beginning of their lives here in this incarnation. This is occurring much more with the big energy shifts happening at this time.

I am seeing more people connecting to those that feel familiar from many lifetimes. I don't feel it's unusual to see couples that are not the same age or even close to it. Our soul connections are very important and there is so much to learn about unconditional love within them. We all are here to help one another, but soul connections seem to help speed things up for us. People are meeting others that are on their own vibrational levels and are connecting in fantastic ways.

Age is not important, it's just a number, as so many people tell me, and that's very true, it's just a number. When we are able to look past the numbers, the flesh body, the egotistical mind and see people from their heart and spirit, then we will feel and see things in a different way. That's when unconditional love takes over and we are truly as One.
