Terms of Service
for Premium Members

The Enchanted Spirit Premium Members site is an information site. It is not a "psychic hotline" site. It is also not an "instant access" site. Your request will be processed and your subscription set and confirmed by our administrative personnel.

It may take up to 48 hours EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS for us to process your subscription request. When your payment has been processed, your membership credentials set and verified, and other business involved with your subscription completed, you will receive an extensive letter describing the features of the Premium Members site and how to use them.

During the time we are processing your request you may receive several very short subscription notifications of your inclusion on our Ezine lists. These are NOT your confirmation letters. Your confirmation letter should arrive in your email within 48 hours of your original request.

If you do not receive this confirmation letter, it is your responsibility to notify us of this omission. We will be happy to send it again. If you still do not receive it, you may contact us through forms on the site. Again, it is your responsibility to do this.

It is your responsibility to read your confirmation letter and become familiar with its contents. Again, it contains essential information on how to get the most from our Premium Membership site and its features. It is in your best interests as a Premium Member to read and understand its material in order to get the most benefit from your Premium Membership subscription.

Your confirmation letter will contain the date of your Premium Membership expiration. Your Premium Membership will be automatically renewed using the credit card information or PayPal account you have provided to us on or about that date and approximately every 30 days thereafter unless you notify us in writing of your wish to cancel your subscription NO LESS THAN SEVEN DAYS prior to a renewal date. It is your responsibility to keep track of this date and to notify us of a change of your subscription requirements.

Your request to cancel your subscription will be acknowledged by email. If you do not receive such an acknowledgement, it is your responsibility to contact us on this matter in a timely fashion using the other communication avenues herein described.

The information that comes with your Premium Membership subscription to Enchanted Spirit is intended for your use alone. Any evidence we have that you have shared your credentials with others in order to give them access to our site under the auspices of your subscription will result in immediate termination of your Premium Membership subscription privileges. There will be no refund considerations whatsoever for a subscription terminated for this reason.

All the information on the Premium Membership site at Enchanted Spirit, including but not limited to, webpages, membership features, classes, books, and all information published by Enchanted Spirit and Catweasel Ink in our subscription Ezines or any other printed material is protected by copyright, and may not be used, reproduced, published, copied, shared, or distributed in any way whatsoever without explicit written permission from Enchanted Spirit, Inc.

Any evidence we have that you have copied, emailed, published, distributed, or utilized the information contained in any of these venues for any purpose other than your personal education and in accordance with the terms of your Premium Membership agreement will result in immediate termination of your Premium Membership subscription privileges ... and pursuit of whatever legal remedies for damages and copyright infringement as may be appropriate. There will be no refund considerations whatsoever for a subscription terminated for this reason.

You are explicitly forbidden to attempt to circumvent, "break into," disable, or access features, information, or areas of the site to which you do not have immediate and unrestricted access in accordance with the terms of your Premium Membership subscription. Any evidence that you have violated this provision will result in the immediate termination of your Premium Membership subscription privileges ... and pursuit of whatever legal remedies for damages and copyright infringement as may be appropriate. There will be no refund considerations whatsoever for a subscription terminated for this reason.

Some of the features on the Premium Membership site at Enchanted Spirit are under development and experimental. While we will make every effort to accommodate the free access of our Premium Members to these features, we have no responsibility to make special accommodations due to browser incompatibility with standard Internet elements, problems involving your Internet Service Provider and its practices, failure of your email service to deliver mail to you in a consistent or timely fashion, or to assist or compensate for any other issue over which we have no direct control.

"Individual problems," problems not experienced by all Premium Members with the operation of the site or its features (such as those occasionally caused by AOL, exceedingly high Internet traffic levels, email delivery failures, or other Internet idiosyncrasies which we cannot control), shall not obligate Enchanted Spirit to compensate for, accommodate, extend, modify, or recompense an individual Premium Member for their loss or inconvenience.

It is your responsibility to supply us with a valid, usable email address. If our mail is returned to us because your mailbox is full, we will not attempt to deliver it again.

The Premium Members site at Enchanted Spirit is extensive and occasionally complex. To help our members learn to navigate it properly and to their own best advantage we supply both a Premium Members Notice Board and a Premium Members Ezine, Prime Time to notifiy you of updates and news on the site. The Premium Members Notice Board is accessed from a button in the sidebar, from the front page of the Premium Members site, and from special links contained in virtually all issues of our paid content Ezines. All Premium Member Ezines are both sent through email and posted on the Premium Members site. The most current issue and one back issue of each Ezine are available in the department called Catweasel's Toys. Ezines which were not delivered by your email provider can be found immediate there. Notice that the Ezines were mailed is posted on the Premium Members Notice Board. It is the individual member's responsibility to use these features as intended.

It is your responsibility to supply us with valid, usable credit card information in order to renew your Premium Membership on our automatic schedule.

If we are unable to obtain authorization for a renewal because of an expired card, incorrect personal information, or a card charged over its limit, we will notify you that we need other payment arrangements. We will attempt to authorize the payment again one week later, and if it still is declined, your Premium Membership, including your Ezines and log-in privileges, will be suspended immediately.

If you miss ongoing features, such as classes, serialized articles, ezine issues, or other features because of a suspension of service, Enchanted Spirit is not obligated to supply you with this missing material upon your reinstatement of membership privileges.

Our cancellation policy is as follows: If you request cancellation of your initial subscription period after we begin processing your subscription order, there is a $20 cancellation fee to cover the administrative time spent working with your request. If you request cancellation of your subscription after being sent any of our Premium Members paid content or logging into the Premium Members site, there is no refund of your Premium Members subscription payment. We will simply agree not to renew your subscription on our automatic schedule.

These Terms of Service may be modified, altered, changed, or expanded at any time. Notice shall consist of the publication of new Terms on this page. It is your responsibility to make sure you access this page frequently enough to stay in compliance with both these Terms of Service and any others as may be posted in the future.
