Initiating Contact with your Companion Angel

learn to center yourself. learning to center yourself, to collect and stabilize your energies, will make a big difference in your life, let alone your angelic contact processes. It will allow you to be fully present, alert but relaxed, and receptive.

You can think of grounding as tying a boat to the dock; when you are grounded you are anchored, connected, safe, and secure. Although it's a strange first step to angelic communication, considering we don't think of angels as being "grounded" per se, it helps to know that you are connected on a very deep level to their realm, their higher vibrational frequencies.

Release negative emotions and self-limiting beliefs. Releasing worries, concerns, and negative or self-limiting beliefs frees us to enter the state of clarity, neutrality, and unconditional love that characterizes the spiritual realm. It brings us to a place of calmness and inner peace, a place of forgiveness for ourselves and others.

It helps us to realize that we are not alone perfect, but only as part of the collective consciousness can we become perfect. And it feels great. Often these worries and concerns can get in the way, hold us back, keep us tied down to the mundane, when we're attempting angelic communication.

Align to the angelic vibrational frequency. Aligning brings you into a more open state, still focused, but looser. It's a state of relaxed awareness, similar to that of an athlete, like a runner, swimmer, or tennis player.

An athlete needs to be loose to play; tension and tightness interfere with performance. The same is true of initiating communication with angels. Only in a relaxed state can you truly be open to the guiding voices of the angels.

Think of it as communicating with your Higher Self, your Christ Consciousness. Many people believe that angels are actually our Higher Self that became separated from us when we came into the Earth plane as humans.

From this standpoint, meeting your angel is reconnecting with a part of yourself, that true inner you, the inner wisdom, the voice of Spirit within. This feels true for a good number of us, but don't take our word for it. See how it feels for you.
