As I say in my ebook, "The Healing Power of Crystals", did you know that people collect energy like shelves collect dust? Yes, it's true. We are impacted everyday by energy in our environment just as we are impacted by pollution in the air.

And the sad truth is that most of this energy is not positive. Look around you during the day. How many happy smiling faces do you see? Many people in our environment have scowls on their faces, tears welling up in their eyes or even worse, a look of glowering hatred in their eyes. When they do this, they are projecting negative energy out into the environment.

If you aren't careful it will land on you! But there are ways to protect yourself and ways to clean yourself off.

Have you ever noticed how "Dirty" you feel after getting in a fracas with your boss or having it out with your significant other? Unfortunately, the world we live in is burdened by pollution, both physically and emotionally.

Being in an "unclean" environment or spending time in the company of those who are often angry, fearful or aggressive can leave you feeling like you need a shower. Well, that is exactly what you could use: a nice psychic shower.

An excellent way to have a psychic "cleansing shower" is to learn how to use crystals. Crystals magnify and clean energy. That is why we recommend a shower with crystals.

Crystals help clarify boundaries and cleanse us of all illusions of false responsibility so we learn be true to our self. Crystals also assist the body in shattering and throwing off that which is causing infection or disease.

Crystals can be great for those who leave themselves too open to influences, who feel a sense of frustration and helplessness with their situation, or who feel increasingly unable to manage what they have got themselves into.

There are many different ways crystals can be used, just as there are many different crystals with different purposes. But let's take the common clear quartz crystal for an example. You can find one of these in any metaphysical store in your neighborhood or online.

As I say in the last chapter of my ebook "The Healing Power of Crystals", here are some of the ways you can use crystal power:

• Carry the crystal with you in your purse, bra or pants pocket
• Wear a crystal necklace or ring
• Put a crystal under your pillow at night (most psychic attacks take place at night)
• Put a crystal in a bowl of water under your bed or discretely on your desk at work
• Put a crystal on your table or desk with its point toward the person who is sending you negative energy
• Keep a crystal in your desk drawer or on your windowsill at home
• Put a crystal in the bathtub with you
• Rub a crystal over your body in a shower to rub away negative energies -- wash them down the drain

Crystal energy is some of the most powerful energy there is. Even a simple clear quartz crystal, inexpensive and easy to obtain, can do wonders to improve your mental, physical and emotional well being.

Try using it in one of the ways I've suggested and see if you don't get great results.
