The word Tao (pronounced "Dow") is the English equivalent of "The Path" or "The Way." Tao seems to partake deeply of the concept of Chi ... as if the two are really one and the same.

Tao itself is impossible to define or contain in words. It can only be experienced. In fact, it has to be, and more to the point, you cannot help but do so. Nothing can.
