When was the last time you experienced extraordinary love?

Close your eyes for a moment and truly consider and reflect upon those two words: "Extraordinary Love."

Extraordinary: Amazing, Electrifying, Miraculous, Astounding. Remarkable. Wondrous. Splendid.

Coupled with Love, Extraordinary is exponentially enlarged.

Have you remembered a moment in time when you experienced it?

Last summer, I received this special brand of love.

It is a memory that will remain etched in my heart forever. It was not a romantic love in the traditional sense. There was not a single person I was focused upon.

I was at the International Coaches Federation Conference in Chicago. I brought along my three-month-old son, Samuel, because I could not bear to leave him behind in California while he was so little.

It was my first ICF meeting and I had no idea what to expect. I was not sure how well I would be received having my little guy with me throughout the meetings or how I would fare being all by myself during the meeting. I will always remember sitting at Los Angeles International Airport on our way to Chicago, Sam in arms, saying to him, "Well, Sam? It's just us now." I had no idea or attachment to what was in what was to come.

For the time we were in Chicago, I felt the most incredible outpouring of love and energy. It was as if humanity got together to play a symphony for a two person audience: Sam and me.

How would the world change it we all experienced this type of love every day?

Incorporate these simple methods into your life starting today. Begin creating soul centered love in this instant of time.

1. Put your Self -- not your ego -- first in every situation.

Taking care of your own needs will ensure you are able to serve others sincerely. Also, truly loving and honoring each part of you will invite love without delay. You will create a vacuum for love unlike any you have ever experienced.

2. Have compassion for those around you.

Take note as life unfolds in the gift of each moment. Be genuine as you express your compassion. If that authenticity is NOT present, then get the support personally to support your own transformation before you take action.

3. Wear a countenance that expresses your spirit.

In other words, express what you are feeling without reservation. Do not attach meaning or energy to other's opinions, simply be your true Self all the time. If you feel the need to cry, cry openly. If you have a belly laugh bursting within, laugh loudly. If you are confused, ask clarifying questions. Be you.
