It sounds so incredibly huge. I guess that is because it really IS incredibly huge.

During this past week, I experienced a breakthrough that had been blocked for more than thirty years. Yes, my own personal block. And yes, I said thirty years.

Beyond that, the power from the ongoing after effect of movement beyond the breakthrough itself continues to move me beyond my wildest imaginings. When I tell people about it, I shake my head in wonder and add, "I would not have expected this when I started this year. Other things, yes. This, no."

It all started when I lead the Millionaires One By One Personal Coaching Group I facilitate through an exercise where I encouraged them to "Say Anything" they wanted to do with their life--. absolutely anything, free reign and try to take to up to 100 different things each person wanted to do.

My Coaching philosophy is I do not suggest anything I myself have not done. Now I had already used this tool in the past and yet something nudged me to take it on again.

126 items later, I began to manifest my breakthrough.

The especially exciting part of this is you can experience the same thing through using these simple techniques:

1. Write down what may appear to be your silliest longings in the form of a list or a mind map or a collage-- any form of physical communication with your highest self and the universe that THIS is what you really, really want-- especially if you had the freedom to say anything. These may actually be whispers from your heart and are not silly at all.

2. Continue along your path, listening as you go. Pick yourself up when you fall. Reach out to others. Pick yourself up. Reach out to others. Repeat. Again. Repeat.

3. Realize that any continued growth and evolutionary movement will assist in bringing a seemingly unrelated breakthrough. Trust me, they are ALL related.

4. Allow your emotions to be expressed while being responsible for their expression. For example, you do not need to emote an out of control anger around children. You may certainly express sadness, explain authentic and passionate forward moving anger rather than ego consumptive, fear based anger. Denial of anger adds to the block.

5. Keep saying "Yes!" again, remember what appear as "silly" yeses are actually whispers from your heart and from divinity. They are, in fact, sacred.

6. Recognize that the most fertile soil comes when we realize we know nothing. On our own, we can't do anything while with the beauty and trueness of what we create when we partner with the divine literally any breakthrough becomes possible. At the moment we make it OK to fall flat on our face from our own attempts we will be lifted beyond any of our own imagining. We become ripe for miraculous breakthroughs. Hold on, because this is when they happen.

7. Surround yourself with people who believe in you, perhaps more than you believe in yourself. Allow them to turn that mirror towards you to reflect the magic they observe in you. Receive the richness they offer.

8. Appreciate and study any creative craft and practice, practice, practice. Practice is a privilege, not a chore, which will raise you to higher levels and add to the increase in this abundant universe.

9. Give and receive heartfully without attachment to any tallying of giving to receiving. It is significant because they are really different spectrums of the same opening. When you give abundantly, you will be able to receive abundantly. When you are able to receive abundantly, you will create an incredible well from which to give. As you say "YES" with more honesty and truth, this aspect of your experience will become even more significant.

10. Love life and love others and love yourself without reservation. The greatest single act you can do to add to the richness of the world and partner with the divine is to fully love the creation that is you. Not the creations you make, I am speaking to your being. Love your being. Affirm, awaken, acknowledge yourself first and foremost. Loving yourself, your life and loving others builds a bridge to effortless breakthroughs. They will simply be the standard by which you live your life.
