Exercises to Develop Your Concentration

1. "Concentration is the secret of strengths in politics, in war, in trade, in short in all management of human affairs."

Fieldwork: Give someone your undivided attention today for 10 minutes. No distractions. No exceptions.

2. "What would you do with a brain if you had one?"
~ Wizard of Oz

Fieldwork: Start a new distance learning course this week ( http://www.susandunn.cc/courses.htm ), or take a teleclass ( http://www.webstrategies.cc/premier_teleclasses.htm ). Choose something radically different. Lifelong learning is the key to Resilience.

UN-Fieldwork: Don't know about you, but I've sure seen a lot of men have an affair, and then lose both women. Ouch. Let's skip this fieldwork. "Schizophrenia" comes from the Greek words for "split" and "mind." Keep your head together and concentrate! If something's important to you, it deserves your full, undivided attention.
