Inflated self-importance
This card is about willful pride, self-centeredness, self-aggrandizement, and grandstanding.
Over the next few days you may have to cope with someone's insufferable narcissism, someone temperamental, childish, and overbearing, someone with vastly inflated opinions of himself and his worth. Or you may encounter attitudes that are intolerant, boorish, self-righteous, narrow-minded, and willful. This can be a very aggravating situation ... because the source of it is so entrenched and arrogant. There's justifiable self-confidence ... and then there's pure unadulterated vanity -- and you're about to see an example of the latter. Notice how ... it ain't pretty.
An extra piece of advice:
This is a very toxic person ... and situation. Some of it can be the sheer haughtiness involved, and some can be that there is the possibility of "charisma" of sorts at work. Something has convinced this person -- or the ones who manage this situation -- that they are somehow superior and enviable, so it must be that people somewhere are impressed with facade and trappings. Don't make the mistake of being among them.

Developing independent opinions
This card is about developing ideas and perspectives that are relatively fresh and novel.
You may have reason in the near future to examine an opinion or belief, one that directly affects your relationships, your important partnerships, and the way you treat -- and view -- the "other people" in your life. It may be time for you to move to a more independent stance, discarding some of your "automatic agreement" with those around you, staking out your own intellectual territory, and putting forth your own arguments, ideas, and viewpoints instead.
An additional thought to ponder:
Never miss a chance to exchange ideas with someone. A friend you've known forever, a total stranger, even a child has knowledge to share. And sometimes the best ideas come in the oddest disguises.
I always try to teach by example and not force my ideas on a young musician.
One of the reasons we're here is to be a part of this process of exchange.

Expect to find yourself beset by lack of cooperation and clear direction, scattered energies, wasted effort, mistakes, carelessness, and disappointments. It may be wise to regroup, reorganize, and start again ... as soon as you realize you're running in circles.
You may soon have to deal with unproductive partnerships, narrow thinking, wrong information, bad advice ... or downright meddling. You need the help of other people to accomplish the things you're trying to achieve ... but for sure you need people you know you can trust.
An additional thought to ponder:
All great efforts are the result of alliances, teamwork, and support. But a lack of unified vision can throw everything into chaos.
