Are you looking to maximize your time here on this planet? Do you want to hold yourself really accountable for living the kind of life you've always wanted? If this sounds like you, then get ready to commit to it!

What U Want?

This is your life friends. It's easy to get caught up in the "shoulds." I should do this. I should do that. My parents thought I should be this. My spouse thinks I should look like that. Get clear about what YOU want. Do you want to lose the weight? Do you want to clean the basement? Do you want a new job? Do you want a new mate? Do you want more money? Until you set the intention from your OWN heart, it ain't happenin'!

The What If's

What if my commitment doesn't stick? Well, what if it does? What if you took all the if's, and's or but's out of the equation? Re-record the voices inside your head. Pretend your mind is an answering machine. Which message sounds better..."Hey, this is Kammie. I'm not sure, but I think I could use more money. If you're a collector, the check is in the mail. I'd like a raise, but know I won't get promoted." And so on.

How about if your message sounded like this..."Hi! Thanks for calling Kammie's Millionaire Mindset. I'm positively anticipating a great new promotion with a salary increase and a bonus. The bills get paid automatically online because I manage my money flow, both incoming and outgoing. I'm crystal clear about how to create a magnetic space for money to grow. Thanks for calling to offer me more!"

OK, I know there was an extra slice of cheese in there, but do you hear the difference? You can fill in "money" with whatever your current goal is. Fitness, mate, friends, family, creative endeavor -- whatever. Just shift into positive flow. Your thoughts, feelings, ideas and language all influence your ability to commit.

You Want Fries with That?

My favorite musician, Jason Mraz says, "You gotta have it your way with yourself." He's got it right. Shouldn't you commit to having things your way? If we're all life artists, and our minds eye is the only thing limiting us from designing the life we truly imagine, then what are we waiting for? Let's focus our vision on what we want to have and take the baby steps necessary to get there. The first step is commitment.
