The reason is that your subconscious collected it some time ago, but your conscious mind is suddenly in a state of stress so that you the more you try to grasp that bit of knowledge, the further it escapes!

Then, when you're back home or in some quiet place, that name pops right in! Doesn't that just get you?

Sure does me. So, I did something about it.

I discovered a mechanism that puts my mind into a relaxed state, so that I can improve the amount of call-up. Now instead of leaving my destiny to the whims of my conscious mind--I decided to take control of my destiny by learning how to take control of mind!

I've learned a number of tools to do this in the process. But for starters, wouldn't you like to start accessing that powerhouse that's running on the other side of your mental ether?

Great! Here is how you can get the process going:

1. Schedule a time to connect with your subconscious mind. Say 5 to 10 minutes. Make sure you have an alarm set for that time in case you fall asleep.

2. Set an objective by saying something to yourself such as: "I will go into state for 5 (or 10) minutes and I want to use this time to connect with my subconscious mind. My conscious mind will connect with my subconscious mind, and the connection will become stronger and bigger!

And any information that comes up from light and for the betterment of all! When I come up from state, I will be that much more integrated." Put as much emotion into the words as you can and then let it go.

3. Put yourself in a relaxed state by taking to ten deep breaths, letting yourself sink deeper into your bed or easy chair with each breath you take.

4. In your most relaxed state, above sleep, say to yourself "Hello, subconscious, I want to thank you for all your help you've provided. I want to apologize for all the times I've ignored or not paid attention to the times you've tried to tell me something towards our success.

I promise to pay more attention to those times you warn me against danger, or signal of something that will lead to success." Again say it in your mind with full emotion and feeling, as though you're communicating with a long lost love one.

5. Then, touch your index finger thumb (doesn't matter which hand), take a deep breath and say to yourself: "very time that I touch my index finger and thumb like this and take a deep breath, I will be in immediate clear and direct contact with my subconscious."

6. Congratulations! You're now ready to quickly access any information available in your subconscious--and the more your practice the above exercise everyday, the more you will improve.
