It signifies that you have discarded convenient rationalizations and excuses, stopped "covering up" a lopsided or dishonest situation -- and stopped allowing someone else to do so, and adjusted your viewpoints to a much more objective focus.

Often this results in having something of value that you lost, unwittingly gave away, or had "stolen" returned to you. This may be a tangible object, but it also may be an abstraction -- like receiving credit you deserve, repairing a reputation that's been harmed, or gaining an objective view of a situation, or understanding a relationship that was not what you wanted to believe it was.

It may also be that you are the one who needs to "come clean" and be completely honest with someone else ... and most especially with yourself.

Innovative ideas sometimes arrive when you least expect them. Listen to what you are saying to yourself when you aren't doing anything special. If you practice it regularly, you can develop this into a reliable skill ... and turn thirty minutes of exercise (which is good for you anyway!) into a brainstorming session that will hand you a dozen worthwhile new ideas every time you do it.
