The struggles you've endured lately were, on a larger scale, the push you needed to grow into the role you now must fill. Look back a moment with that in mind. If you don't see the outlines of this new growth yet, give yourself some time to gain perspective ... and look back again. See if I'm not right.

Patience and moderation

There may be a lot going on in your relationships now ... involving both action and emotions. Your challenge is to keep everything "on an even keel" and detach yourself as much as possible so that you can observe "the big picture" of events. Although you may have a lot to handle, you also need to maintain your position as director and guide so that matters progress as smoothly as they can for the next few days ... and certainly as smoothly as you would like them to.

All the things implied by the word "temperance" are important now: patience, serenity, self-control, restraint, moderation, even-handedness. When the pressure is really on, those things come under serious stress ... at a time when they may be needed most. Keep your wits about you!
