What's in the Cards?
For Life
The Tarot's advice to help you live a life with conscious meaning.
Today's Theme for Daily Life
Closed-minded attitudes
In the next few days you may have to cope with someone whose attitude is critical, negative, and unfair. This may come in the form of an actual person who is sarcastic, opinionated, a trouble-maker and a know-it-all. You may also have to handle some incorrect or deliberately twisted information, or something blatantly self-serving to the interests of the person offering it.
This card can describe someone with a self-righteous, hateful, prejudiced, scheming attitude who shows up and spills his ugliness out for you to deal with. It can also indicate problems you have in your own attitude toward some important "general issue" in your life now.
You may have magnetized this atmosphere into your experience -- in an effort to get you to change your own mind about some basic ideas you hold which are hindering you -- perhaps severely -- at the moment.
You may need a whole fresh approach to the routine of your daily life, some new subjects to engage your interest, or just a major change of pace. Your "negative attitude" may be nothing more than the product of stress and fatigue ... but a more positive outlook on your life would be a benefit -- for sure.
An extra thought to ponder
When the only tool you have is a hammer ... you're liable to treat the rest of the world like a nail. The cure for this, of course, is to acquire different kinds of tools -- and see problems as having many different approaches and solutions.

Changing a diaper is a lot like getting a present from your grandmother --
you're not sure what you've got but you're pretty sure you're not going to like it.

What's in the Cards?
For Love
The Tarot's advice to help you work constructively with
the challenges of relationships.
Today's Theme for Relationships
Pensiveness and remorse
You may find yourself soon caught up in memories of the past ... perhaps needing to heal or bring closure to some piece of your history that remains raw and painful after all this time.
In the next few days, you may relive some personal regrets that are part of your past -- involving your relationships and the choices that you and others made regarding each other. You may well wish these incidents weren't part of your history, and yet, there they are ... still ... unsoothed, unpurged, and insistent that you deal with them.
A extra thought to ponder:
It may be that each of us harbors at least secretly the wish to be able go back, live some moment of our lives again, and do things differently the second time around. Have you made choices in the past that you would do differently today? Would telling someone that help ... either you or them?

A man is not old until regrets take the place of dreams.

What's in the Cards?
For Money
The Tarot's advice to help you work with issues of
worth, value, survival, practicality, and pleasure ...
as a spiritual being in a material world.
Today's Theme for Money and Practical Concerns
Using people
You may have to deal with one of life's "takers" in the next several days. This forecasts involvement with someone who is idle, deceitful, and dishonest -- a swindler, trickster, and a fraud, someone who is way too fond of creature comforts ... and who knows how to wheedle his own way by playing to another person's emotions. This irresponsible soul may be trying to manipulate an advantage for himself by playing head games, using flattery, and counting on your affection for him to get him what he wants in some matter involving money, possessions, gifts, or purchases.
An extra piece of advice:
In its milder forms, this could indicate someone who has insincere motives, who wants to be "taken care of" emotionally, or who is too much of a dreamer ... always living inside his own foolish fantasies. Even so, he's still a drain on your resources and the sooner you put an end to his games the better. This is especially true if this description is pointing to some inner facet of you!

The politicians don't just want your money. They want your soul. They want you to be worn down by taxes until you are dependent and helpless. When you subsidize poverty and failure, you get more of both.
