What's in the Cards?
For Life
The Tarot's advice to help you live a life with conscious meaning.
Today's Theme for Daily Life
Confusion
You may find yourself caught in a welter of indecision, confusion, stagnation, and perhaps "excuses" ... all of which are crowding out the clarity of truth you need to hone in on. Don't make choices in haste or under pressure. Ground yourself. Ask sincerely and directly for the answers you want, and then listen quietly while these make themselves known to you.
You may need more information about an important decision ... and postponing action until you have the facts might be your wisest option. Alternatively, you may not know exactly what you want ... or the right course to follow -- which needs a different sort of remedy. Stepping back, re-examining your problem, and clarifying your priorities are all indicated there.
On a more sinister note, this card can indicate you are being misled -- either with incorrect information or by someone who is deliberately deceiving you or keeping you in the dark. Also, you may need to scrutinize your own honesty and be sure you are asking clearly for what you want -- not sneaking around looking for some backdoor means to get your own way.
An additional thought to ponder:
The powerful creative energy of this card is trapped in some very twisted and convoluted coils at the moment. Your job now is to keep this fact in mind ... and do what you must to straighten it out.

I have never believed in the power of truth in itself. But it is at least worth knowing that when expressed forcefully truth wins out over falsehood.

What's in the Cards?
For Love
The Tarot's advice to help you work constructively with
the challenges of relationships.
Today's Theme for Relationships
Exercising discrimination and good judgment
It may be time to look at your life and relationships and bring an end to some association, partnership, alliance, friendship, or union that has served its purpose and now has nothing else to offer. This card's energy is that of summing up, closure, and bringing things to an end ... but it also suggests that it may be time to strike a new agreement and move a relationship to different level of expression.
If there isn't a relationship that needs to be released and dissolved apparent in your life, this card advises that it may be time to arrange a new contract, a new set of understandings, and maybe a different "legal arrangement" with a person whose contributions have been a tremendous asset n the past. Now may be the time to solidify something that works really well, thereby ending the more tenuous and temporary conditions of the past, and replacing them with something better!
That's where the judgment comes in. It's time for you to consider just which course of action is indicated ... based on your past, your future, and your best opinions of the present.
Today's affirmation:
I know when it's time to restructure the relationships in my life, releasing what no longer works and solidifying those that work very well indeed.

Write the bad things that are done to you in sand,
but write the good things that happen to you on a piece of marble.

What's in the Cards?
For Money
The Tarot's advice to help you work with issues of
worth, value, survival, practicality, and pleasure ...
as a spiritual being in a material world.
Today's Theme for Money and Practical Concerns
Being part of a con game
Something in your financial life is being influenced by flagrant dishonesty and emotional manipulation. Someone may be using your regard for him or your feelings for your relationship with him to grossly unfair advantage. The resources he may be commandeering with this weasely behavior include your time, your energy, your money, your caring concern, your love, and your material and physical possessions.
Often the "message" you are receiving from this person is along the lines of ... "If you really loved me," or "If you were really my friend," or "How can you think of hurting my feelings?" or "If you confront me on my dishonesty, I'll throw a tantrum."
The even less attractive possibility of this card in this position suggests you may be treating someone else this way. Whatever the case ... it's time for some new ground rules, for everybody's sake.
Today's affirmation:
I am able to see through the emotional games others play with me ... and I have the honesty to clean up my own act, when necessary.

We resent all criticism which denies us anything that lies in our line of advance.
