What's in the Cards?
For Life
The Tarot's advice to help you live a life with conscious meaning.
Today's Theme for Daily Life
Subdued celebration
Expect to discover you've been setting the bar too low, not expecting enough of yourself, or "fielding ground balls" for too long. If so, no wonder you're feeling restless and depressed. If and when life hands you such a moment, say "thank you" for the wake-up call (and the vote of confidence that's hidden inside) and set your aim higher. Anxiety is an interesting spice ... in small doses.
An extra piece of advice:
Satisfaction comes in many shades. The contentment of having done "well enough" is more common than total joy. Closure and release are part of this particular energy. But you might also take a moment to quietly assess the quality of your happiness ... and see what's lacking, what still needs work, and what could be improved. Often this card suggests a chance to see how you could "do better next time." The encouragement to turn in a better performance and thus reap better rewards ... tomorrow, next week, next month ... is also a gift, if you use it that way.

The more sand that has escaped from the hourglass of our life,
the clearer we should see through it.

What's in the Cards?
For Love
The Tarot's advice to help you work constructively with
the challenges of relationships.
Today's Theme for Relationships
Dealing with superficial appearances
Surface appearances ... or an unwillingness to risk unpleasantness and conflict ... may be clouding your judgment -- and reactions -- in an important relationship in your life. This card suggests the presence of anxiety about a relationship -- the kind of emotion you'd rather not have to deal with openly. Repressing your feelings, though, may be causing you more problems than you realize.
Your instincts may be trying to tell you something ... and you'd be wise to listen.
An extra piece of advice:
Be still. Listen to your heart. What truth is it trying to tell you? Chances are that truth is a lot less fearsome than continuing to fool yourself by either ignoring the information coming to you or by indulging in wishful, head-in-the-sand thinking will prove to be. Another meaning of this card is that your paranoia is out of control regarding an important relationship in your life. You really do need to step back and find out for sure what's going on in this situation.

No one likes to be deceived, and everyone is more or less in dread of it. But only too often this dread deceives man and robs him of valuable things and experiences.

For Money
The Tarot's advice to help you work with issues of
worth, value, survival, practicality, and pleasure ...
as a spiritual being in a material world.
Today's Theme for Money and Practical Concerns
Authenticity
Today's message is to be who you are ... authentically, sincerely, and proudly. Show off your values. Support your ambitions and vision with the proper investment of both yourself and your money. To the best of your ability provide an example of how to live a true, self-actualized life.
Phoniness, fear, waffling, and weakness have no place in your financial management and investment strategies now. Use both your energy and your wealth to build the life you want and influence the world around you. Meet others with open-hearted generosity on common ground.
Be decisive and brave in expressing your principles ... and be ready to help others be the best they can be, too. A time of important progress is at hand, and you need the security of knowing you are valued for yourself alone by people willing to treat you with the same respect you show them.
If you feel any need to apologize for who you are, your greatest need is to change that attitude -- by either solidifying your sense of identity, or becoming the person you want to be. Both of those are worthwhile goals. In doing so, you open the two-way flow between yourself and the world ... enriching it with who you are and what you have to offer ... the resources of yourself ... and allowing it to do the same for the arrangements that support you in return.
An additional thought to ponder:
If you fail to be yourself, then who will you be? And who will be you?

It ain't bragging if you can do it.
