Without that vision to offer direction, you have no plan, no effective map by which to chart your course and help you succeed. The predictable result ... you end up stymied and unable to get off the ground.

You may be undercutting yourself with your own impatience. Have you considered all your options? Did you have realistic goals in the first place? Are you letting others dominate your thinking and contradict your ideas? Are you getting "mixed signals?"

You may need to step back and start over, with a new vision, new goals, new partnerships, new ideas ... something to replace what has you blocked and stalemated. It's still early enough in the game ... or in this inning of the game overall ... that you can afford to do this.
