You may have to cope with someone -- or with a situation -- where deliberate actions intend to mislead, deceive, or "work an angle" for some possible advantage. At its best, this card suggests you need to pay better attention to what you are doing, to what you want, to how your negative attitudes could be manifesting as problems, obstacles and challenges in reality

At its worst, this energy indicates someone (possibly you!) is out to lie, cheat, and steal in order to get ahead. All the excuses, "little white lies" (or big black ones!!), and "good reasons" in the world won't justify what's happening here. You may need to either clean up your act right now (!!) ... or stop "looking the other way" while someone who smiles to your face picks your pocket with both hands!

An extra piece of advice:

This is an extremely complex card of "telling lies and justifying unscrupulous actions." Basically it indicates someone is trying to "get away with something," pull a fast one, or play fast and loose with the rules of moral conduct. It could involve something abstract ... like stealing credit for something he doesn't deserve, using someone else's work or ideas and passing them off as his own, "fudging the books" in some kind of accounting, or out and out blaming someone else for his own misdeeds and mistakes. You do not want to let this go unchallenged!

Physical and financial ineptitude

Upcoming events will focus your attention on inefficiencies, mistakes in judgment, and problems affecting your life in a relationship where someone is not pulling his fair share of the load. You may have to cope with the troubles produced by someone with no "money sense," someone who is always having financial problems, who is impractical, irresponsible, physically lazy, overly status conscious, who wastes his time and talents ... and scoots by through mooching off others.

You absolutely do need to realign this relationship and get this energy out of your life. You especially need to do this if this description in any way fits you! The attitudes you will have to handle now place excessive and constant emphasis on physical enjoyment. You may be too focused on gaining material power -- or simply solving chronic economic crises. Or you may be tangled up in a relationship where these are the predominant concerns.

It's not at all a positive place to be. And if you simply find yourself observing such a situation ... and it's little educational message ... from the sidelines of life (in other words, you see somebody else having to work through this issue ... while you get to walk away whistling), don't get too cocky. Consider it a cautionary warning of something in your world that may be working away quietly behind your back.

Living with a constant sense of lack is deadly to the soul. It robs you of perspective. It reinforces an erroneous message that you have no right to exist and that life is "a constant struggle." It often points to a significant flaw in one's abstract values ... and in life's magical way, correcting one side of that equation will bring the results you want to see on the other.

The immediate future in your financial life could use a little more teamwork and provisions. Indications are you face opposition, may not be able to find the cooperation and support you need from others, and may not have given yourself a chance to succeed at some matter affecting your economic situation.

Perhaps you don't have a clear vision of what you want to accomplish with your financial life, income sources, investments, possessions, expenses, or monetary issues. Without that vision to offer direction, you have no plan, no effective map by which to chart your course and help you succeed. The predictable result ... you end up stymied and unable to get off the ground.

An extra piece of advice:

You may be undercutting yourself with your own impatience. Have you considered all your options? Did you have realistic goals in the first place? Are you letting others dominate your thinking and contradict your ideas? Are you getting "mixed signals?"

You may need to step back and start over, with a new vision, new goals, new partnerships, new ideas ... something to replace what has you blocked and stalemated. It's still early enough in the game ... or in this inning of the game overall ... that you can afford to do this.

It's hard to make a comeback when you haven't been anywhere.
