What's in the Cards?
For Life
The Tarot's advice to help you live a life with conscious meaning.
Today's Theme for Daily Life
Getting what you want
This is considered one of the happiest, most positive cards in the deck. Some texts expansively promise that it means "all your wishes come true," but that's perhaps a little extreme. It does, however, indicate a time of emotional integration and fulfillment, contentment and satisfaction, the ability to enjoy what you have and what you've created. And, yes, it also suggests that something you've wanted for a while ... becomes yours! Make a wish. Take action to achieve it. And let yourself be happy.
Today's affirmation:
I can have what I want ... and I enjoy what I have.

The grand essentials of happiness are:
something to do, something to love, and something to hope for.

For Love
The Tarot's advice to help you work constructively with
the challenges of relationships.
Today's Theme for Relationships
Confusion
You may find yourself caught in a welter of indecision, confusion, stagnation, and perhaps "excuses" ... all of which are crowding out the clarity of truth you need to hone in on, all of which could affect the important partnerships and relationships in your life. Don't make choices in haste or under pressure. Ground yourself. Ask sincerely and directly for the answers you want, and then listen quietly while these make themselves known to you.
Be direct and candid in your dealings with other people ... especially your loved ones. You may need more information about an important decision ... and postponing action until you have the facts might be your wisest option.
Alternatively, you may not know exactly what you want ... or the right course to follow -- which needs a different sort of remedy. In this case, step back, re-examine your problem, and clarify your priorities.
On a more sinister note, this card can indicate you are being misled -- either with incorrect information or by someone who is deliberately deceiving you or keeping you in the dark. Also, you may need to scrutinize your own honesty and be sure you are asking clearly for what you want -- not sneaking around looking for some backdoor means to get your own way.
An additional thought to ponder:
Most people respond well to straight-talk and sincerity. Of course, you have to know what you want, how you feel, and what you'd like to accomplish before you can even offer this to them. Coming up with this information yourself is usually more than half the battle.

On the clarity of your ideas depends the scope of your success in any endeavor.

What's in the Cards?
For Money
The Tarot's advice to help you work with issues of
worth, value, survival, practicality, and pleasure ...
as a spiritual being in a material world.
Today's Theme for Money and Practical Concerns
Being overwhelmed
Are you feeling inadequate, threatened, coerced, pressured, fearful, and anxious in your economic life? Worrying about money is really not a profitable way to approach the problem. If you are indecisive, hesitant, too conciliatory, or unwilling to defend your interests properly, you could be prolonging your own discomfort, adding to your own disadvantage, and handing your opponent an easier victory than he deserves.
If you anticipate an experience where negotiation, competition, contracts, economic agreements, financial exchange, purchases, payments, or the need to defend your practical interests are at issue ... you might consider this a warning to go back over your objectives, your arguments, your presentation, your budgets, your needs, your expectations, and your commitment one more time. There may be holes or weak places in what you've prepared so far ... that will prove fatal if you don't fill them in.
An extra piece of advice:
If you are dealing with money today, negotiating a contract, making a purchase, disputing a bill, demanding payment or fair treatment in an economic exchange ... make sure you have all the I's dotted and all the T's crossed on your side of the argument ... and do not let yourself be pushed around.

Don't give up whatever you're trying to do - especially if you're convinced that you're botching it up. Giving up reinforces a sense of incompetence; going on gives you a commitment to success.
