You may have to cope with someone who is helpless, lazy, impractical, wasteful, or irresponsible. Or you may have to confront these qualities in yourself.

This suggests an encounter with someone who blames others for her problems, stubbornly refuses to assume responsibility for her own life and actions, is poisonously status conscious, or who wants others to "take care" of her. Again, these may be facets of your personality that rise up and demand attention. Regardless of how this experiences takes shape in your life, notice your response when it arrives.

This card depicts a very childish or short-sighted attitude regarding life's practical responsibilities. The energy here wants to be pampered, coddled, and provided for without effort. It's also possible you are causing yourself physical problems from the stress and concern you feel over money, etc., which is not the way to safeguard your health. The natural caring, gentle, nourishing energy of this card's uncorrupted expression needs to be restored in your life.

One, of course, is more personal and immediate ... but the other is just as important.

You are being shown this situation for a reason. You do have a responsibility to react and make whatever corrections are necessary and certainly whatever corrections are immediately possible.

Whether you are being unfair to someone else or unfair to yourself for the sake of someone else ... you are still dealing with an abusive situation that needs to be corrected. If you do nothing to correct the matter ... you become another piece of the problem.
