This complex card is about "coming to terms with the truth" ... which may be a very uncomfortable thing to do. It signifies that you have discarded convenient rationalizations and excuses, stopped "covering up" a lopsided or dishonest situation -- and stopped allowing someone else to do so, and adjusted your viewpoints to a much more objective focus.

Often this results in having something of value that you lost, unwittingly gave away, or had "stolen" returned to you. This may be a tangible object, but it also may be an abstraction -- like receiving credit you deserve, repairing a reputation that's been harmed, or gaining an objective view of a situation, or understanding a relationship that was not what you wanted to believe it was.

It may also be that you are the one who needs to "come clean" and be completely honest with someone else ... and most especially with yourself.

Closed-minded attitudes

In the next few days you may have to cope with someone whose attitude is critical, negative, and unfair. This may come in the form of an actual person who is sarcastic, opinionated, a trouble-maker and a know-it-all. You may also have to handle some incorrect or deliberately twisted information, or something blatantly self-serving to the interests of the person offering it.

This card can describe someone with a self-righteous, hateful, prejudiced, scheming attitude who shows up and spills his ugliness out for you to deal with. It can also indicate problems you have in your own attitude toward some important "general issue" in your life now.

You may have magnetized this atmosphere into your experience -- in an effort to get you to change your own mind about some basic ideas you hold which are hindering you -- perhaps severely -- at the moment.

You may need a whole fresh approach to the routine of your daily life, some new subjects to engage your interest, or just a major change of pace. Your "negative attitude" may be nothing more than the product of stress and fatigue ... but a more positive outlook on your life would be a benefit -- for sure.

When the only tool you have is a hammer ... you're liable to treat the rest of the world like a nail. The cure for this, of course, is to acquire different kinds of tools -- and see problems as having many different approaches and solutions.

Confusion and false starts

Something concerning money, physical assets, or your financial arrangements may stall over the next few days. Money may be delayed, a source of income you wanted to pursue doesn't pan out, you have nothing but problems finding something you want to buy, or something you do purchase is either damaged, unsatisfactory, or doesn't fill the purpose you'd intended.

You may have to spend more than you can afford for something you want ... and decide to delay your purchase for that reason. Or something you want or expect involving possessions or money is "out of stock indefinitely."

The energy of this card implies you are trying to either give something or receiving something involving money (something closely tied to your own ambitions) that just "doesn't get off the ground" somehow. Just how this frustration plays out can take numerous form.

This card suggests that something in your "vision" of money, income, possessions, or physical resources is incorrect, depleted, or misaligned right now. Consider the possibility that something you're trying to accomplish with money, gifts, "things," material goods, purchases, income, etc., isn't right for you somehow.
