You are in serious overload and probably aren't getting nearly enough rest, but in the short term you may see no choice but to plow through the workload and keep going ... come what may.

Other answers may exist if you can step back from the commotion and look for them calmly, but you may not feel you have the luxury of doing so. The best advice now is to keep looking for daylight ... and make the most of the few minutes you find to relax.

This suggests an encounter with someone who blames others for her problems, stubbornly refuses to assume responsibility for her own life and actions, is poisonously status conscious, or who wants others to "take care" of her. Your instincts may be trying to tell you something ... and you'd be wise to listen. Especially when it affects something as vital as your economic conditions, lifestyle, and health, you need to consider all the valid information you can find.
