The Tarot's advice to help you live a life with conscious meaning.
Today's Theme for Daily Life
Being happy
It's time to trust your instincts and open your heart to the greater possibilities of love and personal connection in your life. Some nice opportunities exist now for you to give and receive love -- and find an emotional fulfillment that may have been missing for a while. On the one hand, you may find new ways to appreciate the relationships you have and more satisfaction with the people in them.
On the other hand, this card definitely holds the promise of "something new" ... perhaps someone new ... to add zest and interest to circumstances that may need those things desperately. Whether it's a new playmate, a new perspective, a new "awakening" in your emotional center, or a new opening for experiencing your own creativity and happiness, you should find the pleasure is oh-so-fine.
An additional thought to ponder:
This card forecasts a time of emotional integrity, balance, and honesty. At its best it can describe a whole new way of looking at and loving life itself ... with all the creative possibilities that go with true enjoyment. For many people the very word "love" implies the necessary presence of another person, but that's not true at all. Another person can provide an interesting addition to and mirror of yourself, but unless there's "something in you" to begin with, the addition of another person doesn't mean a thing.

We carry with us the wonders we seek without us.

Today's Theme for Relationships
Failing to find happiness
Expect to reach a point soon where you really have to admit -- at least to yourself -- that you haven't "made it yet" in terms of happiness, satisfaction, or fulfillment in some important associations and relationships in your life. Certainly there may be ones you are pleased with ... but others just do not have what you want -- and for a while here, that truth may be pretty glaring.
You can spend some time muddling around in that state if you like. Or you can look at what you need to do differently, now that you a bit wiser for recent experience, and get started. It's time to look for people, partners, and connections who can ... and who want to ... give you the support, consideration and emotional care you need.
With this card here for the moment, you may also have to abandon something you once counted on to help you find happiness -- a situation, a relationship, a creative project, an idea, something that involves "other people" and their track record at holding up their end of a bargain.
Holding on to this in hopes of "making it perform" as intended ... is a futile exercise, and doing that only keeps a much more suitable replacement from finding a space in your life. It may be time to bite the bullet and make some unpleasant choices.
An extra piece of advice:
When you feel let down, lost, emotionally marooned, betrayed, and disappointed ... keeping up the appearance that "everything's fine" doesn't accomplish nearly as much as admitting where you are, at least to yourself, and diligently working to change it.

Everything has its wonders, even darkness and silence,
and I learn, whatever state I may be in, therein to be content.

Today's Theme for Money and Practical Concerns
Making creative choices
You may soon face a crossroads in your financial life, where the making the right choices is absolutely essential to how your future unfolds. (Hint: The right choice is the most self-actualizing one ... the one that most effectively lets you be who you want to be.)
Also, you may soon have an opportunity to form a partnership ... or utilize the assets of someone else in ways that benefit you financially. Solving a problem by combining diverse elements is a tactic well known to creative spirits. Remember, though, relationships involve responsibilities ... if they are to endure and prosper. Keep in mind ... everyone involved deserves to profit.
An additional thought to ponder:
What is your relationship with money? Is it a source of pleasure, status, power, or is it a source of anxiety and frustration? What does your answer to that question tell you?

A man may be a tough, concentrated, successful money-maker and never contribute to his country anything more than a horrible example.
