The next few days, may present you with a situation where no compromise or alternative seems possible regarding chores, responsibilities, obligations, commitments, and other factors that make up the business of daily life -- which seems to have gone into overdrive for you now. You are in serious overload and probably aren't getting nearly enough rest, but in the short term you may see no choice but to plow through the workload and keep going ... come what may.

Other answers may exist if you can step back from the commotion and look for them calmly, but you may not feel you have the luxury of doing so. The best advice now is to keep looking for daylight ... and make the most of the few minutes you find to relax.

Prioritize!! Make sure the important stuff gets done first ... and don't get lost in the details. It's also important to pace yourself. Take periodic breaks, and learn to recognize (or admit!!) when you're running on empty.
