This is apt to be one of those irritating, listless, boring days when just nothing suits you, when you can't get excited about much, and when you look around in boredom and ask "Is this all there is to life?" You may very much need something more zestful to spark up your life, something to help you feel engaged in living again, something to hold your interest -- and lift your spirits.

Believe it or not, days like this are often what it takes to make the changes, take the action, and find that joie de vivre that seems missing now. This "blah" feeling is actually a signal of new growth ... and a new you ... about to make an entrance. But it may need a little positive help and support from you to boost it into being.

Happiness is a state of mind, a state of being, an attitude. It often depends only on your decision to be happy now (or at least to not be miserable), regardless of outer conditions. Happiness radiates from within, and while circumstances can make it easier to reach this inner place, they cannot insure that you'll get there. Nor can they keep you away.

The ability to bring ourselves happiness ... and offer to share it with others ... is priceless.

This card describes an experience of "seeing the light" regarding this area of life's concern, beginning to live on a much more positive and evolved level, becoming unshackled from material and status interests, and defining your values from a much higher plane. This change alone can offer you untold freedom from worries ... and release tremendous fears and anxiety about "not measuring up," not making the grade, not being able to command the status and power that go with substantial worldly wealth. Recognize that powers of the soul are so much more valuable and lasting ... and represent the kind of quality and character you can never buy with coins. In that thought ... is liberation.
