What's in the Cards?
For Life
The Tarot's advice to help you live a life with conscious meaning.
Today's Theme for Daily Life
Anxiety
Any dissatisfaction you are feeling in your financial situation may come sharply into focus over the next several days. Fear of being able to "hold on to what you have" may play a prominent part in your mood and your choices.
Tightening your belt and being extremely conservative in your spending now is certainly one response to this concern, but in addition to saving more, getting more should also be on your agenda. Strategies which will accomplish that deserve at least as much attention as more economizing. It's also a better, more powerful way to live.
An additional thought to ponder:
Sometimes it can be hard to tell the difference between a healthy, conservative response and outright paranoia, especially where money is concerned. But also keep in mind the fact that chronic worry can create a self-fulfilling prophecy.

I must say I hate money, but it's the lack of it I hate most.

The Tarot's advice to help you work constructively with

Today's Theme for Relationships
Fulfilling your assigned role
This is a good day to just follow the rules and not go out of your way to cause trouble. This is no time to stick out like a sore thumb or draw attention to yourself. Brownie points today come more easily if you do what's expected, don't make any waves, and don't create any surprises. Save the experiments, the radical bright ideas, and, above all, the zany practical jokes for another time and place. These will not win you many friends ... not gain you much appreciation ... now.
Your partners are looking for stability, predictability, and "some peace and quiet." The two of you may need to step back and regroup after an upset or disagreement ... or recuperate after a time of stress and trouble. You may just need life, and one another, to mellow out a little. You yourself may need that, too, now, more than you realize. Take it easy. Don't ask for more excitement. And get some rest.
Today's affirmation:
I can fill my assigned role, meet my designated responsibilities, and still honor my own individual spirit.

The virtue in most request is conformity.

For Money
The Tarot's advice to help you work with issues of
worth, value, survival, practicality, and pleasure ...
as a spiritual being in a material world.
Today's Theme for Money and Practical Concerns
Physical and financial ineptitude
Upcoming events will focus your attention on inefficiencies, mistakes in judgment, and problems affecting your life where someone is not pulling his fair share of the load. You may have to cope with the troubles produced by someone with no "money sense," someone who is always having financial problems, who is impractical, irresponsible, physically lazy, overly status conscious, who wastes his time and talents ... and scoots by through mooching off others.
You absolutely do need to get this energy out of your life. You especially need to do this if this description in any way fits you! The attitudes you will have to handle now place excessive and constant emphasis on physical enjoyment. You may be too focused on gaining material power -- or simply solving chronic economic crises. Or you may be tangled up in a relationship where these are the predominant concerns.
It's not at all a positive place to be. And if you simply find yourself observing such a situation ... and its little educational message ... from the sidelines of life (in other words, you see somebody else having to work through this issue ... while you get to walk away whistling), don't get too cocky. Consider it a cautionary warning of something in your world that may be working away quietly behind your back.
An additional thought to ponder:
Living with a constant sense of lack is deadly to the soul. It robs you of perspective. It reinforces an erroneous message that you have no right to exist and that life is "a constant struggle." It often points to a significant flaw in one's abstract values ... and in life's magical way, correcting one side of that equation will bring the results you want to see on the other.

Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow;
They toil not, neither do they spin;
And yet I say unto you, that even Solomon in all his glory
was not arrayed like one of these.
