It may be time to heal and "find meaning" in something you've experienced recently that involves loss and disappointment, betrayal, ruin, and profound despair -- probably on a matter you struggled hard to achieve or where you were quite personally invested. This card implies exhaustion as well as injury ... and suggests you may have been through substantial stress in this part of your life. You may have had to "call it quits" on something you had high hopes for once-upon-a-time. Doing so may have been nothing short of traumatic.

At its worst, this card suggests you may have been badly mistreated, led on, lied to, crushed, or exploited by someone you trusted. Its ugliest energy suggests you've been "stabbed in the back." But there may simply have been serious adjustments in lifestyle ... or objective. You may have had to reluctantly accept "new information and viewpoints" about something you seriously misunderstood.

The reversal of this card may indicate this situation is in the process of healing ... or that most of the injury is "on the inside" rather than raw and oozing out in public. But even if it's not as galling as it used to be, even if you've had some time to get over what happened -- chances are it still hurts a lot.

However, it's now time to learn to trust life again ... and move on, in the aftermath of crushing defeat, sorrow, and despair. It may take a while yet for you to recover from this, personally, intellectually, financially ... and emotionally. Revelations such as this one suggests aren't easy to absorb. And you need to still be gentle with yourself -- and cautious. You're not as strong yet as you were once ... and you'd do well to remember that for a while.

You may also need to work through more "junk" left over from a relationship whose wounds have not yet healed.

For whatever reason, this could be a very melancholy, difficult day ... either from real life circumstances or from the memories you have to process. Give yourself the space and gentleness to deal with whatever you find. There will be better days ahead.

Blending this energy with your financial life, you may be offered an opportunity to do something you really enjoy ... that also earns you money. You may work with a business colleague whose great personality and social skills make the whole experience a delight. You may conduct a financial transaction with someone who also fits this description. You may find a way to apply your creativity to your economic situation ... in ways that bring you into a nice network of companionable people or give you a chance to do work you truly enjoy.

This is a very interesting indicator that you will find new ways to merge your economic interests and your "joy of living." Watch for a meeting with someone (or the discovery of a part of your personality) who shows you how to enjoy life more fully and support yourself better, too!!

Be companionable, open, responsive, and kind. Sentimentality, too, may also have a role in your experiences over the next several days. Relationships now should be particularly rewarding ... so welcome your connections to others, show the important people in your life how much you care, and watch your attitude prompt sympathetic and supportive responses from them ... for you!
