What's in the Cards?
For Life
The Tarot's advice to help you live a life with conscious meaning.
Today's Theme for Daily Life
Being caught in tunnel-vision
You may soon confront in no uncertain terms a set of circumstances related to a long-standing problem, choice, dilemma, or limiting condition in your life where you feel caught, imprisoned, trapped, hemmed in, and pinned down ... with no good way out of the mess. As I said, you've probably faced -- and been aggravated by -- this situation for a long time, and still it continues.
When this happens ... look around you. If you see people who do not have this problem as a major feature in their lives, it's because they have made different choices. The chances are very, very good ... you can do that, too!!
You may have dealt with this problem long enough for the stress it causes to affect your ability to think clearly. Continuing to live this way is not an acceptable option. Start actively implementing ways to change it, even if those might cause you more temporary aggravation and problems in the short-run. Look around you. Open your mind. There are others answers waiting to reveal themselves to you ... if only you will look and listen.
An extra piece of advice:
We often cling to our problems, restrictions, limitations, and difficult circumstances because "the devil you know is better than the devil you don't." This is not, however, a wise way to live at all.

Every person takes the limits for their own field of vision for the limits of the world.

The Tarot's advice to help you work constructively with
the challenges of relationships.
Today's Theme for Relationships
Being anxious and upset
You may soon face a time where you feel besieged by problems, differing opinions, and conflicting information. You may feel quite pressured by the new ideas coming at you ... even as you wonder if you can trust them, if you should follow them, if you should even listen to them.
Beware the temptation to believe what you want to believe and be as objective as you can, realizing this may not be one bit easy. Failing that, consider which choice might offer you the greatest peace of mind, the greatest chance to feel satisfied that you did the right thing ... or you did the best you could at the time. Sometimes that's by far the best way to handle a tough decision.
An extra piece of advice:
This card suggests some ongoing irritation, anxiety, paranoia, or conflict in an important relationship will come to your attention again ... bringing home the point one more time that until you solve this problem, come to a better agreement, or do something different the stress and aggravation it causes you will simply continue.

One's mind has a way of making itself up in the background, and it suddenly becomes clear what one means to do.

Evaluation
Today would be a good time to objectively review your financial situation to determine what's working, what's not working, what you need to release, what you need to refocus, or what you might need to try that is new and untested. A significant turning point is at hand, and you may need to make some tough choices in the next several days.
Are you on track with your objectives? Where do you need to be more assertive? Where are you letting your own weakness -- or failure to look after your own interests -- cripple your progress? What do you need to declare is at a dead end ... and what can you do to replace it with more promising projects and investments?
It's time to find some of these answers, and then it will be time to make some changes. If things are not working for you here as well as they might ... or as well as you'd like ... it's up to you to put things right.
An extra piece of advice:
Progress occurs in increments. You build for a while. Then you assess what you've done, cut back in some areas, expand in others, abandon strategies that aren't working, and experiment with new ones that might give better results. To pause and ponder is just as important as to push and produce. In the quiet moments, you chart your course for the future.

The trouble with most people is that they think with their hopes and fears rather than with their minds.
