It suggests you may be handling a significant disappointment ... either fresh in present time or in repercussions from an incident in the past.

Often the hardest part of any major crisis is accepting what happened. And it may be that something in the next few days triggers memories or questions from a past incident that need to be reviewed further ... and put to rest either more fully, again, or once and for all. We can always hope that this is one of the last times you'll have to process the consequences of this feeling.
