What's in the Cards?
For Life
The Tarot's advice to help you live a life with conscious meaning.
Today's Theme for Daily Life
Closure
It's time to render judgment on some phase, project, relationship, experience, or level of learning in your life ... and bring it to a close in preparation for moving on to something else soon. Indeed, the energy of "passing judgment," rendering a verdict, or finding the kernel of meaning and truth you were meant to acquire as a result of this time in your life that's ending ... is where you need to focus attention for a while.
Along with bringing matters to a close and distilling the value of your effort into something pithy and useful, you can look forward to a time of awakening, renewal, and renaissance. It's possible a change of consciousness can come from this -- for there is a long history of development and participation implied by the appearance of this card and its energy. You may have worked with the "theme" of this time in many different guises and circumstances. Now, you need to define your benefits ... and new wisdom .. and get ready welcome "the next step."
An additional thought to ponder:
Summing up can be a time of rest and hiatus, the figurative sigh of satisfaction that lets you release the old and draw in the new -- just as your controlled breathing does in meditation. Starting a new chapter in a book, a new set of courses in a schedule of study, a new level of responsibilities in your work, or moving on to a more intimate and exciting texture in a relationship can renew and reinvigorate your soul. Savor it all when it comes. This, too, is what life is about.

We dance round in a ring and suppose,
But the Secret sits in the middle and knows.

What's in the Cards?
For Love
The Tarot's advice to help you work constructively with
the challenges of relationships.
Today's Theme for Relationships
Focusing on joy
You may find yourself involved with an interesting new person soon, someone creative, nurturing, caring, idealistic, charming, and companionable. Best of all ... this person might actually be you!!
Consider the way people can count on you to care for them, support them, nourish them, and "be there" when they need a friend! Now granted, this card may indicate you'll soon have the opportunity to do that again ... and that you will enjoy every minute of it. You are, above all, someone who honors your commitments and who is "there when the chips are down" for others.
Consider how wonderful it would be to have a friend like you. Now isn't it time you started giving that same kind of devotion, love, and respect to yourself?
An additional thought to ponder:
For something as contagious as smiles normally are, we sometimes don't have nearly enough floating around in our world!

Intimate relationships cannot substitute for a life plan.
But to have any meaning or viability at all, a life plan must include intimate relationships.

For Money
The Tarot's advice to help you work with issues of
worth, value, survival, practicality, and pleasure ...
as a spiritual being in a material world.
Today's Theme for Money and Practical Concerns
Heartache renewed
Expect to run into an "old familiar problem" soon, one you've been through a dozen times -- or more, regarding money, income sources, purchases, possessions, investments, financial management, or something other factor in your economic situation.
If you stop and think about it for a minute, you may already know what this is likely to be. It's time to seriously consider what it takes to get this issue out of your life once and for all, what lessons you need to take from such painful moments, and why you continue to magnetize these things to yourself -- for the messages they give.
There's not much of a "good spin" to put on this one. Over the next few days you may have to handle deep disappointment, mistreatment, injustice, regret, hurt feelings, bitter memories, and even meanness and cruelty ... deliberately aimed your way. That fact can hurt as much as anything.
This card, in perhaps a more benign expression, can indicate pessimism, remorse, dissention, confusion, quarreling ... usually prompted by unhappy memories or something in your history that is still "tender" ... maybe more than you realize, or more than you want to admit So while the experience isn't much fun this time through either, at least you've survived it before ... and know how to deal with it now. Either way, it's one of those moments to get past and be done with!!
An extra piece of advice:
Being hurt repeatedly in the same ways by the same person may not be such a painful surprise the second, third, tenth, eighteenth time it happens. But it can carry a lot of baggage in self-recrimination ... knowing you should have been more vigilant, more protective of yourself, less trusting. In the end, only you can make the changes that will change the situation.

When people bother you in any way,
it is because their souls are trying to get your divine attention and your blessing.
