Today may turn out to be "one of those days" ... full of hindrances, frustration, confusion, and false starts. Circumstances may throw a lot of extraneous "stuff" in your way, causing distractions and delays, but you may also have imperfect focus on what you are trying to get done.

This is an energy of false starts, stagnation, and "stalling out." You may have lots of optimistic plans and fine intentions that just never get off the ground ... so maybe it's a good idea to step back and reconsider where you're going and how you want to get there before you waste a lot of time chasing your tail.

An extra piece of advice:

It's entirely possible that "circumstances beyond your control" are the source of your problems now. Setbacks, stalemates, and postponements can just happen. But consider the possibility the cosmos is telling you of problems, either because the time isn't right to do what you're trying or because you need a different vision from which to operate.

If something besides your own lack of follow-through and misdirected energy seems to be at work ... it may be a message that you should chill out, try a different approach, or at least start again tomorrow, and take today off.

Leadership is a combination of strategy and character.

As you savor it, ask yourself -- what does it say about you, about what you want in your world, about what it takes for you to live in joy? This is vital information. Wrap yourself in this feeling. Set it deep in your memory. And the next time you need this loving nourishment ... remember where you tucked it, so you can find it quickly and rekindle the moment of being here again.

Happiness is a state of mind, a state of being, an attitude. It often depends only on your decision to be happy now (or at least to not be miserable), regardless of outer conditions. Happiness radiates from within, and while circumstances can make it easier to reach this inner place, they cannot insure that you'll get there. Nor can they keep you away.

The ability to bring ourselves happiness ... and offer to share it with others ... is priceless.

Being harsh, judgmental, prejudiced, and divisive

You may soon have to deal with someone who is insensitive, unkind, unforgiving, and rigid in what he thinks and how he expresses himself in handling money, income, financial concerns, and lifestyle issues. He (or she) may be self-righteously convinced that "his way is the only way." Unfortunately, for him it is. But it doesn't have to be your way, unless you make that choice.

You may also encounter a person or situation that rouses some of your own prejudices, one-sided thinking, or paranoid beliefs over the "hot button item" money inevitably is. Such things emerge for all of us when our worth is questioned or our security jeopardized, and we all have to deal with such moments. They are opportunities to re-examine our ideas and make whatever changes we deem necessary. Sometimes, though, they aren't much fun.
