There may be a lot going on in your life now ... involving both action and emotions. Your challenge is to keep everything "on an even keel" and detach yourself as much as possible so that you can observe "the big picture" of events. Although you may have a lot to handle, you also need to maintain your position as director and guide so that matters progress as smoothly as they can for the next few days ... and certainly as smoothly as you would like them to.

All the things implied by the word "temperance" are important now: patience, serenity, self-control, restraint, moderation, even-handedness. When the pressure is really on, those things come under serious stress ... at a time when they may be needed most. Keep your wits about you!

Maybe it's time to look for new opportunities as a response to this signal that you and your life need more chance to change and grow.

See if there isn't another way to view the problem ... that isn't nearly so fearsome. You may be borrowing lots more trouble than you need to over this.

Sometimes the way we define a problem ... especially when we don't have all the facts ... does more harm than good, and delays our finding a solution. It may even hinder our looking for one.
