You may also encounter a person or situation that rouses some of your own prejudices, one-sided thinking, or paranoid beliefs. We all have such things, and we all have to deal with such moments. They are opportunities to re-examine our ideas and make whatever changes we deem necessary. This is how we keep our intellectual life dynamic and vital.

Rather than deal with this frustration and disappointment head on, you would be wiser to settle back, do some introspective searching and see what new thing is waiting to reveal itself to you. You'll save yourself some aggravation if you'll "take the day off," not push too hard, and have the patience to wait and see what better things develop before long.
