You may also have to confront your own lack of tolerance and discipline, your own failure to communicate productively, or your own arrogance and temperamental style. As always, energy is a two way street, and other people are mirroring issues you need to consider and take care of yourself.

See if there isn't another way to view the problem ... that isn't nearly so fearsome. You may be borrowing lots more trouble than you need to over this.
