This is a reading on your economic situation at the moment. It deals with the investments, spending habits, management of income, use of possessions, and other physical resources which are central to your interest at this time. Because it deals with material assets, its information can also be applied to issues involving your health.

You have been able to step back and get a new take on your material, physical, and financial situation. You have made a shift in your abstract values, found a new sense of personal purpose, new sources of wealth, capital, and raw materials, and an improved sense of security. This is an opportunity to get back on your feet, where things are looking up and future prospects are improved. The world looks different because of this change. You understand the importance of this new opening ... and are able to use it to your advantage.

You have created circumstances where there is a huge disparity between the quality (and perhaps quantity) of work you do and the amount you are paid in return. You may be charging top dollar for incompetent, poor-quality products and services. You may be cutting corners, trying to "scoot by" with as little effort as possible, and you may even be doing things that border on fraud.

Or you may be dealing with people who are treating you this way, abusing your craftsmanship, not appreciating the effort you put out on their behalf, and trying to "get something for nothing" by giving you back as little as they can possibly get away with. If you are putting up with this treatment, you are shamefully complying in your own exploitation. Abuse is abuse ... and "good intentions" don't do much to change its ugly appearances or sad results.

There are indications in this energy that someone's vanity is way out of control ... that he is unjustifiably proud of himself, smug in his ability to beat the system, fleece the "suckers," ride on other people's coattails, or get what he wants "for free", not understanding (or maybe not caring) about the karmic implications and eventual backlash being created by his choices.

Realize, too, there is not much honor in playing the perpetual victim if you are the one on the short end of the stick here ... and are staying there so you can criticize others or use self-pity as a building block in the self-righteous image you may have of yourself.

By skirting the law -- cosmic law, human law, and the physical law of cause-and-effect, you are misapplying your skills, not respecting yourself, not insisting that others grow and behave themselves better, getting lost in the pettiness of life, bogged down in "the small stuff," and definitely going about things in the wrong way.

No matter which side of this transaction you are on ... as the perpetrator or the victim of this abuse, these are not circumstances to be proud of, and the longer you let them continue the harder it will be to break the habit. So you need to get to work on that ... and soon. You are too focused on short terms gains ... and taking the easy way out.

At this point, you at least understand as fully as you need to that this is happening ... and have some idea about the eventual cost this will entail to you if it continues. You are able to work with this issue directly and honestly -- and that's the first step to getting it fixed.

You have a valuable asset in your situation. This person is practical, generous, business-like, able to take on and handle responsibility. She (or he) is prosperous, able to handle money and make sound economic decisions. She is thoughtful, secure, able to deal with the physical side of life. She may have her own successful career or established profession ... or be equally committed and competent at the chores she takes on, whether or not she does them for money.

She is willing to work hard, provides for the physical needs of others without being asked, knows that is needed and automatically supplies that as part of her "job." She is confident, realistic, and sensible She may be a little too involved with "getting useful results" ... or arranging "something that works, that does the job" ... and with the economic considerations of money, the use of resources, and "the bottom line." She may thus seem more hard-edged and hard-headed than soft and sympathetic, but she certainly has her valuable place in the world.

This may be another person in your situation ... or it may be an important part of your own personality that has come to the fore to help you work with this situation -- and to further its own development for use in the future. You have this resource easily at hand and can use it now to your own best advantage. It has substantial impact on your ideas and decisions and the way in which you view your situation.

You are in a condition of waiting, listening, indecision, and stasis. This may be a fairly tense time of ambivalence, hanging fire, or feeling you have reached an impasse. Or you may be waiting to see what happens in a situation of stalemate ... where there is no clear winner, no clear victory, and no clear path regarding how to break out of this arrangement.

You could be waiting for direction, waiting for new inspiration, looking for "a sign" about what to do next. You may also be checking your own priorities and options ... or listening to advice and counsel -- both inner and outer. You may be taking in different ideas, considering other points of view, hearing dissent and cautions -- as well as support and agreement.

You may know you need to make an important decision, but postpone action in order to examine both sides of the issue. This is a time of being quiet, pausing, being passive, keeping an open mind, considering your next move, and sorting out what you really think from all the information you are receiving.

Although you may not be moving forward at the moment ... you understand that using this strategy to your own advantage, choosing your own time, and making sure you are in possession of all the proper facts, could be vital to the successful resolution of your issue.



You are in a situation that is confused, stalled, frustrating, blocked, and which doesn't let you live up to your potential. A lack of leadership, vision, personal commitment, and no overall sense of objectives or direction hinders any further growth or progress for the moment.

You may be caught in a sequence of false starts, misdirected energy, setbacks, delays, obstacles, and helplessness. You may also be dealing with uncooperative attitudes from others ... and from life itself. You are wasting yourself on this merry-go-round ... and wasting your time, resources, and abilities. You're just not getting anywhere ... until you make some changes to whatever is causing this inertia. Consider that at least part of the problem likely is you.

You may not see a good way out of this situation ... or have an obvious way to compensate for what is happening here. You may also not realize how much this stagnation -- and the failure to start things moving -- are hurting you. You need new directions -- and more confidence in yourself. But for the moment, both those things feel out of reach.

Before long, you'll have to come to grips with the fact you haven't yet succeeded on some important project or level of experience in ways that please you. Something you may have been working on for a long time still "falls short" of completion in ways that require you to try again to bring this arrangement to a successful end.

You are heading for a resolution that leaves you feeling overwhelmed, overextended, and stressed out. You may not be coping well physically or financially with the challenges you face. You may not have the assets or resources you need to work through this comfortably or successfully.

You may be short on time, energy, stamina, strength, and money. You will have too much going on. You will not be able to stretch the materials and means you have on hand to cover all the necessary bases. You will be spread too thin ... and even careful budgeting may not compensate for what is lacking. The need for constant adjustment may weigh heavily on you.
