She is dignified, decisive, competent ... and knows how to support the growth and development of others as well as direct her own evolutionary path with wisdom and integrity.

This may be another person in your situation ... or it may be an important part of your own personality that has come to the fore to help you work with this situation -- and to further its own development for use in the future. You have this asset readily at hand, and can apply it to your own benefit whenever you choose.

You recognize that an exciting new period of growth and expansion is at hand ... and there is more here than meets the eye. This represents a very positive change in your circumstances and a definite upward trend in the issues you are coping with.

You are coping with someone who does not react well to having his ideas challenged or his opinions questioned. He (or she) is very forceful in his thinking ... but also very closed-minded and rigid. He may blame others rather than seek solutions, fail to show leadership, and fail to accept responsibility for the problems he creates with his attitudes ... and manner.

He is stern, strict, cruel, unjust, and uncaring. He may trigger these same responses in you -- or this energy may well be an inner part of you that comes to the surface to be noticed and adjusted. You may not see a good way to neutralize or compensate for the problems this person causes -- but at least the matter is out in the open where you can deal with its stresses honestly. You are very aware of the influence this is injecting into your situation.

A fair amount of money or professional success are both available to you, and you are finally able to apply this asset to your own benefit.

You are in a situation where your "only choice" is perseverance, moving forward, probably against resistance and with difficulty. You will be dealing with heavy burdens of work and responsibility -- probably assumed as a result of your own success. You may need to delegate and make others carry their fair share of the load -- but when push really comes to shove, you will be the only one who can really make things happen and fulfill the requirements that are present here.

You may feel weighted down with worries and concerns, but still required to carry on -- because again, the buck stops with you and you are the only person able to do what has to be done. These circumstances may feel extremely oppressive ... and you may have to decide if you have really bitten off more than you can chew in handling this matter. You will be seriously over-committed and lacking in time for yourself -- or anything else.

You may need to get rid of what you no longer need, find help wherever you can, and get ready for a new level of growth -- because you've gotten about all that's available for you here ... except "more of the same." You may not see a good way to accomplish this -- or compensate for the problems you have to manage, or you may be in denial that this situation is harming you to the extent it is.

Soon, you will encounter a problematic personality or set of counter-productive attitudes. This person is lazy, dishonest, a swindler, a fraud. He (or she) is irresponsible, manipulative, overly concerned with creature comforts or "taking the easy way out." He is self-indulgent, a "taker," a false friend .. and an emotional drain on those around him.

Attitudes present here include insincerity, "living in a dream world," wanting others to take care of him or rescue him, and being focused only on how he can "use" people. This may be present in the form of another person -- or it may represent parts of your character that need to be addressed and corrected.

Ultimately, you are moving toward a resolution where you will have to stand up for yourself and the things you value.
