This is a reading on the general conditions of your Life.

You are in a place where you can ... or need to withdraw from the stresses of the outside world, take some time for yourself, and seek the greater comfort and counsel of your own Inner Self. This should be a time of active spiritual seeking, of discovering life's meaning in terms of your own spiritual truth, of seeking your own direction and listening to your inner counsel. It should also be a time of creative visualization, of absorbing wisdom, of gaining greater insight, and setting personal goals.

You need to use this strategy for your own gain now, and realize it is available to you. Your compass at this point needs to center on the dedication to do what is right and true for you, be open-minded, quiet, and observant, to enjoy the comfort of your solitude, and stabilize yourself and your expanding wisdom in the serenity available to you now.

This is a period of valuing your own time and space, of experiencing your own self-awareness, and having the patience to be tolerant, introspective, and questioning all at the same time. It is a time of contemplation ... and of drawing conclusions from the accumulated wisdom of your own life's experience. From this will come the knowledge you need to make the proper decisions. Consider this an opportunity to acquire and use your own enlightenment in the best possible ways for all.

You have reached a situation that contains restored harmony -- probably following a serious identity crisis. This was a time when your faith, your belief in yourself and your competence, and your dedication to your goals was tested. The new situation offers you greater stability and a change for the better -- despite being unfamiliar. You are aware of this new advantage and are able to turn it to your own benefit.

You have new routines, better methods and opportunities for growth, a greater sense of personal power, direction, and capability. You have redefined who you are as a person, the role you play in your own life -- and relationships -- and incorporated the things you have learned about yourself through these recent upsetting experiences. You can use this now to help deal with this issue.

A problem personality factor is also part of the equation now, someone fussy, complaining, overly sensitive, paranoid, frustrated, and emotionally undisciplined. This person may be often over-wrought and fretful, obsessive, clinging, and demanding of sympathy and support from loved ones -- while offering very little in the way of compassion or even self-control in return. You have finally begun to recognize the problems this person ... or these attitudes ... cause, seeing them at last for what they are.

Alternatively: This card could be suggesting that you need to practice more diligent self-care, be more aware of your own need for love, compassion, and emotional support. Often it comes when life and the demands of those in your relationships have exhausted your resources to the point that you need to pull back, take time out for recuperation, and replenish yourself.

You need to become your own best friend for a while ... and restore yourself to the point that you can be that for others again. This may not happen overnight ... but the fact is, you can't give away what you don't have for yourself in the first place -- and it's time to fortify your inner self, in whatever actions are needed, so that you can become a positive source of support for yourself and those you love ... again.

You have an important asset in your situation. You are in conditions of happiness, success, fulfillment, and joy. You may already have succeeded at what you are working to accomplish, and you will like what you have created. It's time to trust and claim this victory ... and begin using it to your own advantage.

You are dealing with the results of foolish choices, wrong choices, choices based on fear and despair ... or where you simply refused to commit to a solid course of action, one way or the other. You may feel paralyzed, depressed, stalled, pessimistic ... and even paranoid.

You need to be open to new possibilities. You may have closed down several possible productive alternatives. You need to open up and see what arrives for your further consideration. You may not have the right attitude. You may not be open to success. You may be too much of a "reactor" rather than an actor in your life.

This may not be your most productive arrangement by any means. You need to rethink your situation -- considerably. But at the moment you don't see another way around your dilemma ... or you are in deep denial about how serious a problem this counter-productive position is for you.

Meanwhile, you'll have to cope with a period of "not accomplishing anything constructive," of facing incompetence -- your own or that of others, of being "unprepared" for the problems you're facing, and of trying to reorient your values toward "achieving something worthwhile and profitable" again.

You are heading for a resolution that leaves you feeling overwhelmed, overextended, and stressed out. You may not be coping well physically or financially with the challenges you face. You may not have the assets or resources you need to work through this comfortably or successfully.

You may be short on time, energy, stamina, strength, and money. You will have too much going on. You will not be able to stretch the materials and means you have on hand to cover all the necessary bases. You will be spread too thin ... and even careful budgeting may not compensate for what is lacking. The need for constant adjustment may weigh heavily on you.
